Triangle AMA has several Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that offer members a special forum to discuss and share best practices, thought leadership and interaction based on specific subject matter. Please note that the SIGs are for members only.

B2B Digital Marketing SIG

You are invited…. to discuss B2B marketing in the high tech industry in the Triangle AMA’s B2B Digital Marketing SIG.  What industries are we focusing on?  Mostly technology, but we will discuss B2B marketing across industries.

Focus of the group:

Marketers who want to address the special concerns of B2B technology marketing. The key focus of the SIG will be how to retain customers, up-sell to existing accounts and how to expand lead generation and branding reach using such mediums as:
• Paid search marketing (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
• SEO – Search Engine Optimization
• Online Advertising
• Print advertising in Trade Journals
• Email marketing to a tech savvy audience
• Social media, including Twitter for business
• Technical trade shows/conferences best practices

The B2B Digital Marketing SIG meets the first Wednesday of each month, at 8:00 ET at Syncfusion, 2501 Aerial Center Parkway, Suite 200, Morrisville, NC 27560

Triangle AMA Healthcare Marketing SIG

The Healthcare Marketing SIG will focus on marketing challenges facing the healthcare industry in 2012 and beyond. Whether it’s the effect of the upcoming presidential election, the increasing pressures of a stricter regulatory environment, or the continuation of tightening marketing budgets, we’ll discuss creative and innovative ways marketers can make an impact on their customers and their businesses.

The Healthcare Marketing SIG meets the third Friday of each month at 8 AM at MedThink Communications, 3301 Benson Drive, Fourth Floor, Raleigh, NC 27609.

Social Media Marketing SIG

Join other Triangle AMA members for a monthly special interest group to discuss the latest trends, tips and best practices. The Social Media SIG meets on the second Friday morning of the month at Capstrat, 1201 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC.
