Customer Loyalty Management: Staying Ahead of the Curve

Need an attitude adjustment? Use the right measurements to find out.

Brands like Hush Puppy and Google, and the movie "The Blair Witch Project" have something important in common, says Triangle AMA guest speaker Michael Lowenstein. "The sweet spot in marketing is to find people, customers, who will talk about your brand, and will advocate for it," he told a packed house at the September members-only lunchtime meeting. "That's what these companies and products have." Lowenstein is Vice President and Senior Consultant for Customer Loyalty Management with Harris Interactive. He has written two books on the subject, and shared academic research and practical examples during this presentation.
