 Click on Contact Us, found in the upper right-hand corner
 Click on the Member Contact Information Update button.
 Complete all fields with a *.

By Telephone: Call AMA headquarters at 1-800-262-1150 and a representative will process your request.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you wish to continue to receive emails from the Triangle Chapter about luncheons, socials and other events and activities, DO NOT check the box under Do Not Publish Email Address. If this box is checked, the membership feed from Nationals will not include your email address. We use this feed to maintain our database. We will not have a record of your email address if you select this box.
