Kathleen is the Marketing Director for SRA's Global Health Sector (formerly Constella Group), where over 1,200 staff support government and commerical clients working in clinical and health research, health communications and social marketing, public health informatics, and health IT systems development. She oversees market intelligence, marketing communications, and brand management. She is currently managing the year long rebranding process resulting from Constella's acquistion by SRA.

In recent years, she has also led the integration of two acquired CRO businesses, and has strong background in operations, business development, and project managment.

Prior to joining Constella/SRA 12 years ago, she supported public health programs at a number of government contracting companies and non-profits in the Washington DC area. She has a BA in Psychology from Indiana University. Originally from Chicago, Kathleen later lived in the Washington DC area for more than 20 years before moving to Chapel Hill nine years ago.
